Core Values
A future is not the same as being in fashion
What matters is whether the business has lasting demand, a technical barrier, a business model, room to scale, cash flow potential, a team that executes, and risk that can be controlled.
Core Values
Our core value is investing in businesses with a future, on the basis of research, discipline, risk management and long-term thinking.
Having a future is not the same as being in fashion, nor the same as a price that has risen lately. What matters is whether the business has lasting demand, a technical barrier, a business model, room to scale, cash flow potential, a team that executes, and risk that can be controlled.
Seven things we look at
- Lasting demand: will the need still be there in time
- Technical barrier: how hard it is to copy
- Business model: how it charges, and who pays
- Scalability: whether marginal cost falls as it grows
- Cash flow: whether it can sustain its own operations
- Execution: a record of turning plans into results
- Controllable risk: the boundary of loss in the worst case
The five principles
One | Industry research
We follow AI, business automation, Taiwan equities, fintech, blockchain, digital assets, cloud services and the platform economy. Research is not reading the news: it is reading policy, supply chains, customer demand, industry cycles, competitors and business models. Only with that context does a judgment go beyond the surface theme.
Two | Data analysis
Markets produce an enormous amount of information every day: prices, volume, holdings, financial statements, announcements, institutional flows, news, industry data and sentiment. Using AI and systems, we turn that into information that can be compared, tracked and revisited — making research more efficient and the record more complete.
Three | Risk first
The most important thing is not maximizing every trade but remaining able to continue. We pay attention to allocation, stop-loss discipline, scenario analysis, position sizing and reviewing mistakes. In equities, blockchain or venture investment alike, uncertainty has to be acknowledged, and structure used to limit the damage a single wrong decision can do.
Four | Technology support
We draw on the group's capability in AI agents, data organization, process automation and systems development to build a research database, daily watchlists, risk alerts, trading records, daily logs and backtest data. These tools do not replace judgment; they give it order.
Five | Long-term compounding
Short-term markets are full of temptation, but a real investment business accumulates method, data, people and relationships over time. From every piece of research, every investment and every review, we build towards an investment system of our own.
What we believe
A technology-oriented investment company should understand both the market and the tools, both opportunity and risk, both the trend and the discipline.
Investing in businesses with a future is not betting blindly on it. It is taking part in businesses that can genuinely grow, with fuller information, clearer reasoning and steadier execution.
